Only the cool kids run
I went for a run in Kings Park with Mark and Emma today after work. I was fully expecting Em to stop running after about 5 minutes, but she blew me away by being able to run for 25 minutes! We must have run atleast 3 or 4 km...what a champ!!

Yes! I rule! Hehehe. You see, by really lowering your expectations I end up looking awesome :)
That's for sure!! Plus you managed to talk the whole way, that's what really suprised me. If your not too puffed to talk then you're doing fine! You're a closet marathon runner or something aren't you?
