Engagement party stuff
So I got the most important party supplies today, all the booze and some sexy new shoes! Although upon reflection now that I'm 'taken' prehaps I should just stick to comfy flat hush puppies from now on, rather than teetering strappy things?
Or maybe it is more custom to 'let one's self go' after the actual wedding.

I believe it's customary to turn into a freak obsessed with her appearance until the wedding, dieting, waxing, tanning etc. Then let yourself go after all the photos have been taken :)
Yeah, because it's important to not care about your appearance for your partner :) They're just the one you love.
What about all those other people who you have no feelings for. They're the ones you should be putting in the effort with!
