It's dissapointing, but I'm trying not to take it to heart, instead I'm trying to treat it as a learning experience.
Something even better is bound to come up.

I too am sorry to hear that, especially after hearing so much about the potential the place had. Good luck with the house-hunting and i hope an even better catch is just around the corner.
