Things are gunna change
I've been in a depressive funk for at least the last 2 months and today I've decided I'm going to be happy instead! I'm going to see the glass half full, revel in the good things that happen to me rather than dwell on the bad. I will laugh in the face of animosity, I will see the funny side of any crap things that might occur in my life. If someone is mean to me or tries to piss me off I will smile at them. I'm going to count my blessing daily and spread love and happiness everywhere I go.

Not THAT kind of love...geez!!
I feel the word love is a dirty and overused word nowadays especially since it was destroyed by Al and Ben. I propose a new word that actually means something good, wholesome and true ... however I have nothing comign to mind at the moment :)
Actually that reference to love was from Alex and me. Ben just though it was funny so likes to 'spread the love' also....eww!!
He can keep that sorta love well away from me :)
