Today really sucked
I had a really awful day today. I went through various shades of emotion from fear, to disappointment, to sadness, then back to fear, to confusion to hurt. Then I got home I went from grumpy to upset and crying. And now the cherry on the top is a sort of empty sick feeling.

I'm going to throw some delicious food at you on Facebook, and hopefully that might help slightly.
This is the rollercoaster we call life. Wrapping things up in a neat analogy never really helped though.
All I do now is remember that in the future, maybe soon, maybe not soon, it will be much better. Then you'll forget about this day or at least it will seem much less harrowing. We are generally very good at defending ourselves, us humans.
Just remember this is temporary.
See you on the weekend where everything will be better :)
