Yummy stuff

Today I finally cooked the rabbit that Mark White gave us, it's been sitting in our freezer for months. When we got it he said to us 'It may look like a dead cat, but I promise it's a rabbit'. So I think I cooked rabbit, or maybe we had cat, who knows?

So I cooked it very slowly for 3 hours in a whole bottle of red wine with onions carrots , mushrooms and herbs. Then to go with it we had roasted vegies, brown rice and yummy chapatti type bread which I made with chick pea flour. After that we had a really yummy peach crumble with custard.

I am totally stuffed now, I always pig out on dinner after a long run!
