I got the job!!
So today I finally found out, I got the job as an assistant underwriter for CGU Workers Compensation. I recently received a pay rise at my current position and was concerned that I would not be able to take that pay rise with me.
Daniel my new boss told me that although my current pay rate is higher than the top level for my new position, he was willing to make an exception to get me on board.
So I won't start until the 15th of October, which is a good thing. This way I can complete the quarter and get my full sales bonus. I'm just so excited to be doing something new, I can't wait!

Awesome, I'm really happy for you and I think this job is going to have so many benefits besides simple career prospects.

Thanks guys! No probs on lunch. I get consistant hour long lunches once I change positions, so we'll just have to give it another go.
And yeah I agree with you, I think this job change will do wonders for me.
